Contact Sigma Estimates Support #
1. Click on File.
2. On the right side of the window your license number is listed under “Product Activated”.
3. Email Sigma Support at support@sigmaestimates.com and provide following information:

- Your company’s name.
- Which Sigma product you want to activate (Professional, Enterprise, etc)
- Your License code.
- Why you would like to reuse the code.
De-activate your license on an old computer #
Once you have the approval from Sigma Support to activate your license on a new computer, do the following:
1. Start Sigma on the old computer.
NOTE: If the Sigma Guide window opens, click Cancel in the bottom right corner.
2. Click FILE>Help.
3. Double-click on the license number.
4. Delete the license number from the text box.
5. Confirm that you want to de-activate the Sigma license.
Activate the license on another computer #
1. Install and start Sigma on the new computer.
2. Click Activate.
3. Enter the license number.
4. Click Activate online.
NOTE: If the activation is successful, the message “Activation completed” will show. Contact Sigma Support if you get a different message.
5. Click Finish to complete the activation.
NOTE: you must have an active internet connection on both computers to transfer your license.
